Caroline Wee, Managing Director, Investments:

Prior to joining 360ip, Caroline led the Greater China investment activities for Baring Communications Equity Asia, the first specialized regional media and communication fund in Asia under the combined sponsorship of the ING Group and the Singapore Economic Development Board. She successfully built a portfolio of media investments for the fund throughout Asia. Caroline started her career in private equity with venture capital firm Advent International’s Asian affiliate in 1993 where she gained experience in regional investments and IPOs before moving to Hong Kong to join a China private equity fund under Hamon Investment Group, the specialist Asian investment arm of The Bank of New York Mellon. Caroline graduated with Bachelor of Accountants (Hons) Degree from the National University of Singapore as a KPMG scholar; she is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. She is Singaporean, fluent in English, Mandarin and other major Chinese dialects.
